The Orthopedic Advisory Board was formed in 2006 by Sealy. The board consists of orthopedic surgeions, clinicians and researchers assisting in the development of superior sleep systems.

A coil-inspired edge support system that creates a seamless transition from the mattress edge to the support system. Encasing the full perimeter of the innerspring and heat-fused to the unique channeled UniCased base, UniCased XT offers ultimate stability, resulting in minimized partner disturbance. Long-lasting and strong, it forms the perfect edge.

Sealy Posturepedic® is proudly Canadian Made. The bed you choose is made to order locally, in one of Sealy's three manufacturing centres. The Sealy Components Division produces the innerspring systems, fibre fills, and foundations. Materials are sourced from North American manufacturers where possible.
